Hi Susan! While we have a few items that are paleo-friendly, our bakery's offerings primarily aid those adhering to vegan and gluten free diets. All of our products are also soy free and low glycemic as well as being free of trans fats. If we offer keto products in the future, we will certainly label them on our website! You may have already checked out our sweets, but I'll include our harvest menu for your reference - there may be something here that you could modify to make it more keto-friendly.
